  • Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
  • Poultry 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken into pieces. Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and finely chop them along with the olives. Heat the olive oil, sauté the coarsely chopped garlic in it, and remove it from the oil.

Step 2

Brown the pieces of chicken in this oil. Add the tomatoes and olives, and stir continuously until the liquid evaporates.

Step 3

Transfer to pots, pour in the wine, add pepper, cover with lids, and place in the oven to stew.
