- Okra 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared chicken and cut it into pieces, strain the broth.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces in a pot, add the finely chopped onion sautéed in butter, washed okra, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and halved tomatoes, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat until cooked through.
Step 3
Serve the chicken, garnished with parsley.
