Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Spanish onions 2 pieces
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Vegetable Oil 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into large pieces and sauté in a deep skillet with vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Add finely chopped vegetables and rice.
Step 3
Sprinkle the dish with seasoning (Maggi Super Seasoning 10 Vegetables) and pour in water.
Step 4
Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
