Ingredients
- Poultry 15 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Turnips 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared chicken into pieces.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and chop the onion, carrot, and turnip. Wash and chop the parsley.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish, add butter, a little water, and stew for 7–8 minutes at full power.
Step 4
On top of the chicken, add the carrot, onion, and turnip, season with salt and pepper, add a little more water (3 tablespoons), cover with a lid, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and parsley on top of the chicken and vegetables. Cook at full power for 5–6 minutes.
