
Chicken Stew with Mushrooms and Peppers

Description
You can use red chicken fillet instead of chicken breasts.
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 6 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 1 cup
- Passata Tomato Sauce 30 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Rice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Chop the peeled peppers and tomatoes into small pieces and transfer them to a pot with a lid.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the vegetables, mix and level it out. Then layer the chopped mushrooms on top, followed by a layer of finely chopped onion. Pour the sauce over, cover with a lid, and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Then stir and leave for another hour.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the rice and serve it on plates. Top the rice with the stew and serve.
