Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper 3 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a preheated skillet with oil, fry the chicken fillet cut into thin strips, seasoned with pepper and salt, for 7–10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the cherry tomatoes and the chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers to the fillet. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
