- Egg white 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take 1 chicken breast, a raw egg, 100 ml of milk, spices (pepper, salt), and herbs (parsley, dill, etc.).
Step 2
Chop the breast into small pieces.
Step 3
Separate the egg white from the yolk.
Step 4
Heat the milk (do not boil!) and add it along with the yolk, chopped herbs, and spices to the chicken, mixing well.
Step 5
Whip the egg white until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mixture.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place it in the oven at medium heat for half an hour.
