  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 25 oz
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbes de Provence to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces (4x4 cm).

Step 2

In a deep bowl, mix a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper, and marinate the prepared chicken (let it sit for 15 minutes). Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables.

Step 3

Slice the zucchini into rounds no thicker than 1 cm.

Step 4

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into squares (3x3 cm) or slightly larger.

Step 5

In a deep bowl, prepare the dressing: olive oil, salt, herbs de Provence, and pepper — mix well. Add the chopped bell pepper and zucchini, and mix thoroughly (let it sit for 3 minutes). Meanwhile, prepare the baking tray.

Step 6

Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 7

Thread the skewers with the chicken and vegetables, alternating them without packing too tightly.

Step 8

Place the skewers on the baking tray and put them in a preheated oven at 355°F.

Step 9

Cook for 15 minutes.
