Ingredients
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Dijon Mustard ¼ cup
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Chili Flakes ¼ teaspoon
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, minced garlic, horseradish, honey, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. In another bowl, pour 0.5 cup of the marinade and add the chicken cut into small pieces. Cover the bowl with the remaining marinade and the bowl with the chicken with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell peppers. Place on the grill and cook for about 12 minutes until done. Serve with the chilled mustard sauce.
