Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Rosemary 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the skinless and boneless chicken breasts (you can also use 450 grams of pork) into small pieces and thread them onto 4 skewers.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. Mix the vinegar, olive oil, crushed garlic, and chopped rosemary. Place the skewers on a grill pan and drizzle with the marinade.
Step 3
Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the marinade. Serve with a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes.
