Chicken skewers in yogurt curry marinade
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt 10 fl oz
- Curry 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Spanish onions 2 heads
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, salt, curry, finely chopped tomatoes and onion, along with lemon juice. Pour a quarter of the marinade into a small bowl.
Step 2
Add chicken, cut into small pieces, to the large bowl, mix, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 4
Thread the chicken onto skewers. Grill for about 12 minutes, basting with the remaining marinade.
