- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Kefir 0 fl oz
- Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak wooden skewers in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking and to keep the meat from drying out.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into cubes about 2 cm and soak them for the same 20–30 minutes in a mixture of kefir and spices.
Step 3
After the time is up, thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers and place them in a greased baking dish.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake for the first 20 minutes covered with foil, then remove the foil and let them brown.
