Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Oyster Mushrooms 0 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the skewers in water beforehand to prevent them from burning during grilling.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Step 3
Add garlic, pressed through a garlic press.
Step 4
Cut the chicken into pieces about 2–3 cm in size.
Step 5
Place the chicken in the marinade and let it sit for at least 4 hours.
Step 6
Skewer the marinated meat onto skewers and light the coals.
Step 7
Pour the chicken marinade into a wide saucepan and simmer until it thickens to a jelly-like consistency.
Step 8
Grill the skewers on the barbecue or grill, turning them until cooked through. When the meat is pierced, clear juices should run out.
Step 9
In the last few minutes of grilling, generously brush the kebabs on all sides with the reduced marinade.
Step 10
Serve the chicken skewers hot, garnished with slices of green onion.
