Chicken shashlik with vegetables
Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Marinated cherries 20 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 2 heads
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 410°F.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Step 3
Mix the oil with 1 tablespoon of water, garlic, herbs de Provence, and mustard to prepare the marinade.
Step 4
Combine the marinade with the chicken cubes and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan without oil for 3–4 minutes.
Step 6
Wash and cut the zucchini into thick slices.
Step 7
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 8
Wash and cut the green bell pepper into cubes.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Thread the vegetables and chicken breast onto skewers.
Step 11
Drizzle with the remaining marinade.
Step 12
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
