
Chicken Shashlik with Coriander in the Oven

Description
The shashlik should turn a beautiful golden color. Don't forget to do this once.
Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the skewers in water for about 30 minutes. Cut the chicken fillet into long strips.
Step 2
Then thread the chicken fillet onto the skewers in a zigzag pattern. Dip them in the marinade made from vegetable oil, sugar, coriander, soy sauce, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover everything with plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
Step 3
After the meat has marinated, preheat the oven to 390°F. Place the shashlik in a suitable baking dish and cook for about 20 minutes.
