
Chicken Shashlik in Cherry Marinade

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 lbs
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 15 oz
- Soy Sauce ½ cup
- Dry White Wine ½ cup
- English Dry Mustard ¼ tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Herbes de Provence to taste

Step 1
Cut the fillet into pieces, lightly salt, rub with spices, and place in a pot.
Step 2
Blend the cherries in a blender until they become a puree, add the soy sauce, pour in the wine, mustard, grated garlic, honey, and a little vegetable oil. Mix the mixture until smooth, pour it over the chicken, and place it in the refrigerator (for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight).
Step 3
Grill the marinated pieces on a barbecue rack until they have a brown-red crust.
