Ingredients
- Lime and chili chutney 3 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chili Flakes ¼ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide

For the sauce, blend peanut butter, chutney, lime juice, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, 0.25 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 cups of water until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and thread them onto wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with vegetable oil and the remaining soy sauce.
Step 3
Preheat the grill and lightly oil it. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until done.
Step 4
Transfer to plates and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with the sauce.
