Description
In the absence of star anise and cumin seeds, they can be replaced with coriander and fennel.
Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 4 teaspoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Star anise a pinch
- Black Cumin (Cumin) a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into serving pieces and boil in a small amount of water until almost cooked. Strain the broth.
Step 2
Pass the walnuts through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Sauté the flour in butter, mix with the walnuts, add crushed star anise and cumin seeds, and dilute with the strained broth to a semi-thick consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add the chicken to the sauce and place in a preheated oven on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
