Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 9 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Panko breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
- Black sesame seeds to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Coriander essential oil ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Red Curry Powder 2 teaspoons
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the marinade: mix all ingredients into a uniform consistency (sugar, ground cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, yellow curry, paprika, pepper, and salt)
Step 2
Add the chicken breast to the marinade and refrigerate for 4-8 hours
Step 3
Mix the tempura flour with lemon zest and water
Step 4
Dip the small chicken breast first in the batter and then in the breadcrumbs, and place on parchment paper.
Step 5
Refrigerate the resulting strips for a couple of hours.
Step 6
Fry the strips in hot oil until golden brown for 2-3 minutes at 170°C.
Step 7
Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Step 8
Serve the finished strips in a cup, garnished with cilantro.
Step 9
Mix the two cheese sauces and place in a sauce boat, garnished with sesame seeds.
