Chicken Rolls with Sweet Pepper
Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut each half into 2 pieces, pound them, and season with salt.
Step 2
Wash the sweet pepper and cut it into long strips.
Step 3
Place each piece of fillet on a cutting board, lay strips of sweet pepper at the edge (you can use a little or a lot, as I did), roll it up, and secure the edges with a toothpick.
Step 4
Sprinkle the top of the roll lightly with ground paprika (I used mild paprika, but you can use any spice).
Step 5
Fry in vegetable oil over low heat until golden brown.
