Description

The key is to pound the chicken breast well; this will make the rolls softer. If the breast tears while pounding, it's not a big deal; you can use the sauce to bind it together. You can use any mushrooms. Feel free to change the filling to your taste, for example, you can add ham and cheese, but that will make it more calorie-dense.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mushrooms 15 oz
  • Onion ½ head
  • Mayonnaise 0 oz
  • Ketchup 0 oz
  • Chicken Seasoning to taste
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts well with a meat mallet.

Step 2

For the sauce, place mayonnaise in a bowl, add ketchup (a little less than the mayonnaise for a pink color), and add chicken seasoning and salt.

Step 3

Now sauté the mushrooms (I used frozen champignons) with chopped onion, adding a little salt.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 5

Now spread the sauce on one side of the breast and place the mushroom filling on top (2 teaspoons or one dessert spoon), placing the filling closer to the edge of the breast (leave about 2–3 cm from the edge) and tightly roll it up (if the mushrooms spill out, push them back in). Brush the top of the roll with sauce.

Step 6

Place foil greased with oil on a baking sheet, lay the rolls on it, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
