Chicken Rolls with Cheese Filling
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet and cut it across. Season each piece with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the bell pepper and grate the cheddar cheese on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, green onion, bell pepper, and cheddar cheese.
Step 4
Place the cheese mixture in the center of each piece of chicken fillet. Roll them up. Secure with toothpicks on all sides to minimize cheese leakage.

Prepare the sauce for the rolls: mix lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Dip the rolls in this sauce. Then, coat them in breadcrumbs.

Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish greased with olive oil.

Put in the oven and cook at 480°F (482 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25–30 minutes.

Serve the rolls hot.
