Chicken Rolls with Canned Peaches
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Canned Peaches 2 pieces
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Italian chopped parsley a pinch
- Dried Chamomile 2 sprigs
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the main ingredients: meat, a couple of peach halves, a slice of mozzarella, and oil. It is preferable to use a larger fillet (350-400 g).
Step 2
Cut the fillet into two flat pieces with a sharp knife, place each in a food bag or wrap in plastic wrap – pound on both sides. Season with salt and Italian herbs, then add grated mozzarella.
Step 3
Slice the peaches and place them on top of the cheese. You can gently press the mozzarella down to keep it from falling apart. Carefully roll the fillet into a roll and tie it with string.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with oil, place the rolls in it, and brush the tops of the rolls with oil. Place sprigs of dried thyme next to or on top of the rolls. Bake the rolls in a hot oven (20-25 minutes at 180-375°F).
Step 5
The rolls are tastier when served hot, immediately after cooking.
