  • Mayonnaise 0 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces of 100 grams. Pound each piece through plastic wrap. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

For the filling, grate the cheese, slice the champignon mushrooms, chop the herbs, and add mayonnaise. Mix everything until smooth and spread it on the chicken fillet. Roll into rolls.

Step 3

Prepare the breadcrumbs and egg wash. Dip the rolls in the egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Place the rolls in a preheated skillet and fry on all sides.
