Chicken Roll with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Poultry 1 piece
  • Pistachios 5 oz
  • Spices to taste
  • Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz

Step 1

Carefully remove the skin from the chicken.

Step 2

Cut the meat into pieces, add the cooled sautéed mushrooms, spices, and peeled pistachios, and mix very well.

Step 3

Carefully place the filling on the skin, roll it up, and wrap it in foil, twisting the ends tightly.

Step 4

Place in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200–410°F.

Step 5

Remove from the oven, let cool, and refrigerate for 5–6 hours or overnight to set.

Step 6

Unwrap the set roll from the foil, place it on a dish, slice, and serve.
