Chicken Roll-Ups with Cheese and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 6 pieces
- Spanish onions ½ piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion. I used a chopper for this.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms and onion.
Step 3
Rinse the chicken fillet and gently pound it with a mallet to make the pieces thinner and more even.
Step 4
Mix the mushrooms and onion with the grated cheese, add mayonnaise, and stir into a uniform paste.
Step 5
Place the filling on the prepared pieces of fillet, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks. Soak the toothpicks beforehand to prevent them from burning.
Step 6
Place the roll-ups in a baking dish, lightly grease the sides with mayonnaise, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 40–50 minutes.
