Chicken Roll-Ups with Cheese
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the chicken breast, slice it like cutlets. Then gently pound it with a mallet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into thin shavings.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Step 4
Take one cutlet. Place cheese in the center and roll it up. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat with all the cutlets.
Step 5
Dip them in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Fry in a pan with sunflower oil. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
