Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 35 oz
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Tomatoes to taste

Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Cut the pepper into strips. Tenderize the chicken steak, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with oil.
Step 2
Place the vegetables and spread tomato sauce on top. Roll into a roll-up. Grease the baking sheet with oil. Arrange the chicken roll-ups on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet. Top with the remaining vegetables. Drizzle with oil. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40–50 minutes.
