Description

You can also make pudding from meat or fresh fish.

Ingredients

  • White bread 0 oz
  • Poultry 0 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken meat into pieces and pass it through a meat grinder twice along with the bread soaked in milk.

Step 2

Pass this mixture through a fine sieve, season with salt, and dilute with milk to a thick porridge consistency. Then add 1/2 of the raw yolk and the stiffly beaten egg white, mixing gently from the bottom up to avoid deflating the egg white. Transfer to a small cup (aluminum, enamel, or porcelain) that is generously greased with oil and sprinkled with sifted breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Cover the top with a greased circle of paper, place the cup in a pot filled halfway with boiling water, cover the pot with a lid, and place it on the stove.

Step 4

After 40–50 minutes, the pudding is ready.
