  • Chicken fillet 4 pieces
  • Feta cheese 10 oz
  • Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 2 teaspoons
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make pockets from the chicken breasts, coat them in flour and egg, and place them in a hot skillet with oil. Fry until cooked through.

Step 2

Serve with a vegetable salad.

Cut the breasts in half lengthwise, then cut each half again along its length.

Season the breasts with salt and pepper on one side.
