Chicken Poached with Vegetables

Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Eggplants 10 oz
- Green peppercorns 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Green peppercorns to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Ground clove 4 pieces
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken by flattening and salting it.
Step 2
In a pot, place a piece of butter and layer halved tomatoes.
Step 3
On top of the tomatoes, place the chicken, followed by a second layer of sliced tomatoes, sliced eggplants, onion rings, and whole green pepper. Season with salt, sprinkle with crushed cinnamon, and add 3-4 cloves and black peppercorns.
Step 4
Cover the pot tightly with a lid and simmer the chicken on low heat until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve the chicken sprinkled with finely chopped dill.
