Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Rum 0 fl oz
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chives 0 oz
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour water into a skillet, add rum, and set to medium heat.
Step 2
Peel the garlic.
Step 3
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 4
Add the garlic and white pepper to the diluted rum.
Step 5
After 2-3 minutes, add the coconut milk.
Step 6
Add the chicken seasoning.
Step 7
Place the chicken breast portions in the skillet.
Step 8
Add salt and chili pepper.
Step 9
After 5 minutes, turn the chicken over and season with black pepper. Simmer for another 10-12 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, add chives, and serve.
