Chicken Pilaf in Pots
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Rice 6 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Seasoning 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken thigh, cut it into pieces, and rub with chicken seasoning. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet, add the chicken thighs, and place on the heat to simmer.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and add it to the chicken thighs. Finely chop the onion and add it to the skillet. Simmer until cooked.
Step 3
Take 3 pots and place the stewed chicken thighs in them. Add 2 tablespoons of rice to each pot.
Step 4
Add enough water so that the level is 1.5–2 cm above the rice. Add salt, cover the pots with lids, and place them in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
