- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon

- Milk 2 glasses
- Herbs 1 bunch

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Crush the garlic using a press, or smash it with a wide knife and chop finely.

Place the chicken in a preheated skillet and sauté lightly.

Chop the herbs.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: add garlic, salt, spices, and herbs to the milk (or cream). Incorporate 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 6
Add the sauce to the chicken, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover, letting it simmer for another 10 minutes.
