Description
These patties are best served with sweet and sour sauce. The portion is small - enough for two people for one meal. If you freeze these nuggets in the refrigerator before frying them in the skillet, you can cook them on a grill outdoors.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 0 lbs
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind the chicken fillet in a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add the egg, tablespoon of sour cream, and tablespoon of flour to the minced meat.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly and add salt.
Step 4
Pour the breadcrumbs into a flat, deep plate.
Step 5
Shape the patties and coat them in breadcrumbs (the mixture is very sticky, so it's easiest to scoop it with a wet spoon and place it in the breadcrumbs, where you can then shape it into a patty with your hands).
Step 6
Pour a little vegetable oil into the skillet (like for frying an egg) and fry the nuggets until golden brown.
