Chicken mince in gorgonzola sauce
Ingredients
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Goat cheese 0 oz
- Saffron ½ teaspoon
- Dried onion powder 1 tablespoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a heated skillet, add the ground chicken.
Step 2
Season with salt.
Step 3
Add the mixed ground peppers.
Step 4
After 2–3 minutes, stir and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 5
Add saffron and dried onion.
Step 6
Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add mascarpone.
Step 7
Add the cream and mix well.
Step 8
After a couple of minutes, add the gorgonzola cheese.
Step 9
Cover with a lid and set to low heat.
Step 10
Once the cheese melts, remove from heat and stir. Transfer to a plate and serve.
