- Chicken Liver 5 oz
- Bacon 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, clean the chicken liver of any membranes.
Step 2
Fry the liver in vegetable oil until almost cooked through. Do not salt!
Step 3
Wrap each piece of liver in a slice of bacon and return it to the pan with the bacon edge down.
Step 4
Once the bacon is golden brown, the dish is ready.
Step 5
Note — do not salt the liver, the bacon will season it on its own.
