  • Chicken Liver 20 oz
  • Blue Cheese 0 oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 2 pieces
  • Mixed Ground Peppers 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt to taste

Chop the onion coarsely.

Thoroughly rinse and dry the liver.
