Chicken liver stewed in sour cream
Ingredients
- Chicken Liver 30 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Khmeli-suneli 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Safflower Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the liver and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Pour sunflower oil into the skillet, and once it's heated, add the onion. After 4 minutes, add the liver, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle in some khmeli-suneli. Fry for about 15 minutes. Then, add sour cream and simmer with the lid on for 5–10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Buckwheat or pasta are the best side dishes.
