Ingredients
- Chicken Liver 35 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Green onion tops 4 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the chicken liver in egg, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 3
Fry the liver in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Transfer the fried liver to a pot.
Step 5
Separately, fry the onions in vegetable oil.
Step 6
Add the onions to the pot.
Step 7
Top with sour cream in the pot and add 200 ml of water.
Step 8
Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
