- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the liver. If you have time, soak it in milk for about 20 minutes for extra tenderness. If you're short on time, soaking is optional. Trim any connective tissue.

Cut into small pieces.

Slice the onion.
Step 5
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Step 6
Sauté the onion in butter until golden brown.
Step 7
Add the liver. Sauté for about 5–7 minutes, until the red color disappears.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Pour with sour cream.
Step 10
Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
