Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Spices to taste
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chicken breast on a cutting board, cover it with plastic wrap, and gently pound it with a meat mallet. Do the same with the remaining fillets. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place a piece of butter in the center of each fillet. Fold the fillet into an envelope shape, dip it in beaten eggs, and then coat it in breadcrumbs. Put the patties in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the cutlets from the freezer, dip them again in beaten eggs, and then coat them in breadcrumbs. Place the cutlets back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the patties from the freezer and dip them again in egg and breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
