- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Panko breadcrumbs 10 oz

Gently pound it.

Season with salt on both sides.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Beat the egg until smooth.

Dredge a piece of fillet in flour.

Dip in the egg on both sides.

Coat the fillet in breadcrumbs with a thick layer.

Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken.

Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
