- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the fillet with salt and pepper, sauté it, and cut it into small strips.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion with the sliced olives separately, then combine everything and mix well.
Step 3
Mix the flour with the sour cream. Place the chicken with olives and flour in ramekins, pour with the sour cream sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
