Chicken Julienne in Buns

Ingredients

  • Champignons 10 oz
  • Chicken fillet 5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Sour Cream 2 spoons
  • Round Bun 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fillet into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil until cooked through.

Step 2

Slice the onion into thin half-rings and sauté in vegetable oil until translucent. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly, then add them to the onions. Cook until the liquid evaporates.

Step 3

Add the sautéed fillet, salt, pepper, flour, and sour cream. Mix well. Cook over low heat until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Step 4

Carefully cut off the tops of the buns and remove the insides, leaving the walls not too thick.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 355°F, fill the buns with warm julienne, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 6

Keep in the oven until the cheese melts.
