Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Hamburger Bun 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the buns by cutting off the tops and hollowing out the insides.

Step 2

In vegetable oil, sauté the onion, finely chopped, add the sliced mushrooms, cover with a lid, and simmer for a few minutes until the mushrooms are tender. Remove the lid to allow the juices to evaporate, then season with salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add dill.

Step 3

In a separate pan, sauté the diced chicken fillet, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Transfer the chicken to the mushrooms, add flour, mix well, then pour in sour cream and dilute with water so that the chicken and mushrooms are coated in the sauce.

Step 4

Spoon the prepared chicken with sauce into the prepared buns, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 355°F for 10 minutes.
