- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Morels 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 1 jar
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce: lightly toast the flour in a skillet, stirring, without changing its color, cool it down, then add 2 tablespoons of butter, milk, salt, and, stirring frequently, bring to a boil. Mix the resulting white sauce with sour cream in a 1:1 ratio and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms, cut the chicken breast into strips, and sauté in 2 tablespoons of butter.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the chicken and mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and bake in the oven until golden brown.
