Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Sweet Pepper 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 3 spoons
  • Soy Sauce 3 spoons
  • Sesame Oil ½ spoons
  • Potato protein 1 tablespoon
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika ½ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast, pat it dry, and slice it into strips against the grain.

Step 2

Mix the oil with soy sauce, paprika, and salt.

Step 3

Place the sliced breasts in this mixture and coat them well. Set aside.

Step 4

Slice the pepper into strips and sauté in a pan for a few minutes.

Step 5

Add the chicken breasts and sauté everything together, stirring occasionally.

Step 6

Pour the juice from the can of pineapples into a glass. Add the cornstarch and mix well.

Step 7

Cut the pineapples and add them to the chicken in the skillet, sauté everything together for a couple of minutes.

Step 8

Pour in the pineapple juice mixed with cornstarch and bring to a boil.

Step 9

Cook for a few more minutes until the liquid thickens.
