Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Corn Starch 5 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Sugar 1½ tablespoons
- Ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Spices to taste
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the sliced fillet with spices and cornstarch.
Step 2
Fry the fillet in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, then transfer to a separate container.
Step 3
In the same pan, mix soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and vinegar.
Step 4
After the sauce boils, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water and cook until thickened.
Step 5
Add the fillet to the sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice, fresh vegetables, and nori seaweed.
