Wash the prepared chicken, dry it, and cut it into small pieces, placing them in a pot. Pour in the beer and vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste, bay leaves, and chopped garlic.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender and the liquid has evaporated.
